The Ordway Center for the Performing Arts

In May of 2026, I was hired as a short-term (temp) festival assistant for the Flint Hills Family Festival with the Ordway. From here, I offered my Communications and PR support to the Ordway External Relations team, where I was able to conduct interview prep, manage stakeholder communications, and create content on behalf of the Ordway.

Following a successful festival, I have since continued supporting the External Relations team on a contract basis in preparation for the national tour premier of Dirty Dancing: The Musical. My involvement includes drafting external media materials, sourcing promotional opportunities, building relationships on behalf of the Ordway, serving as a touchpoint for talent, and much more.
