I help creators, brands, and organizations connect with their audiences through strategic storytelling, communications, and content that feels both intentional and authentic.

I'm a communications strategist and storyteller currently based in Minnesota, working with brands, creators, nonprofits, and entertainment organizations across the Midwest and New York. My work spans PR, communications strategy, social media, content development, and community engagement, all rooted in understanding what makes people care and how to reach them.

I've worked across healthcare, arts and entertainment, hospitality, lifestyle, and creator-led businesses, developing everything from long-term communications strategies to short-form content. No matter the project, I'm most interested in finding the story, understanding the audience, and figuring out how to connect the two.
