I'm a communications strategist and storyteller based in Minnesota, partnering with brands, creators, nonprofits, and entertainment organizations across the Midwest and New York to craft thoughtful communications that build trust, spark engagement, and strengthen community.

I began my career supporting a boutique healthcare practice before expanding into arts and entertainment, hospitality, nonprofits, lifestyle brands, and creator-led businesses. Today, my work spans public relations, communications strategy, social media management, content development, and community engagement, with a particular love for crafting compelling short-form content. No matter the project, I'm most interested in understanding what makes people care, then building communications that create lasting connections.
